Bought for my grandson, who loves My Little Pony. He is an aspiring children's author, even though still only 11 himself. Boys who love MLP are called Brony's, he has learned, and even grown men like MLP.I watch it too, it is a very well done cartoon and great for kids. These books are excellently done and he loves them. He has them on his Kindle App on his Ipad Mini, so great color display for reading pleasure.

My daughter LOVES graphic novels, but the selection for girls is VERY limited. She loves My Little Pony F.I.M., so this series of comics is absolutely perfect for her (8.5) and her sister(7). They are quite happy with them and are already begging me to get a few more for them!
My 10 year old loves this collection of comics.
It's a great book, and very funny. Big Mac goes out on a search for nails and manages to get Luna, Fleetfoot, and some other mare following him around, and he's fairly oblivious. And it tells the story of how Cadence and Shining Armor met, as well as how Vinyl gets her cutie mark.
Its Amazing! The part 2 of crystalis's return! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
I consider that you buy it, not because its money for the creator, just because its for broney's and M.L.P Fans that also read adventures (go Daring Do!) Pinkie pie says,"READ...THE...BOOK! And make sure to grab a cup cake before reading! Teehee!"
This has been my most favorite of all the MLPFiM comic books I have read so far (I think I've bought pretty much all of them that have been released up to 9-21-2014). The art work is fantastic, the two stories are both engaging and thoroughly enjoyable, while remaining true to the characters as depicted in the show. Adds a lot of depth to Cadence and Shining Armor and likewise you get to see Ponyville in a whole new way through the eyes of Big Mac. The many, MANY references to a wide variety of pop culture icons makes each page a treasure hunt to find them all. I would love to see more of the comics written and presented like this. Perhaps we will get to see more of the non-Mane Six characters like this!
My daughter loves this. She's been looking for it for a while and was so happy to have found it when she got a gift card for her birthday. It came quickly, was packaged well, and the seller was extremely interested in our buying experience. I love that they followed up to make sure that everything went well and our expectations were met. Beautiful transaction with lovely people and a great product my daughter adores.
First thing you need to know about this that it's 2 seperate stories, each have 2 parts.
The first story is about Bic Macintosh. He's looking for nails to fix the gazebo, so he goes to the Summer Wrap-up festival (yes, that actually exists). The story focuses on his funny experiences. He barely speaks, but you can see his thoughts.
The second story tells us how Shining Armor and Cadence first met and how they fell in love. A classic, Back to the Future styled high school love story...without time travelling...and more ponies...
I really enjoyed both of them and if you're a brony or a pegasister, you should defenitely give it a shot.
